# Aegilo

> Aegilo is a Swiss risk-intelligence practice. It produces source-backed judgements for decisions that have to be defended afterwards — a market, a counterparty, a location, a journey, a threat. Every judgement is triangulated across independent sources, red-teamed against itself, and traced to its primary source, including what could NOT be confirmed. Aegilo is a brand of First Principle Sàrl (Valais, Switzerland, in formation), founded by Samuel Pouyt, a certified intelligence analyst.

- What makes Aegilo different: provenance. Deliverables carry per-claim sourcing and honest verdicts, including "does not pass" findings — not just green checkmarks. - Aegilo does intelligence, not operations. It does not drive, escort, staff or coordinate anything on the ground, and says so on every page where the distinction matters. Where operators are needed it makes introductions.
- Aegilo does not take work from insurers or underwriters — assessing a risk it might later be asked to help price is a conflict it declines.
- Aegilo does not forecast. It narrows the range of surprise enough to act while acting is still cheap, and shows the reasoning.
